You've seen those types of family vloggers, right? You know, the types who take pictures and videos of their kids daily and even make accounts for their kids just to make that sweet sweet Instagram/YouTube money? What's that? You know those types of people, and you say you're creeped out by that fact? Well, what a coincidence, so am I!

As you know, posts that feature babies/toddlers/pregnancies get a ton of clicks/likes/money, so already these people are setting their kids up to be nothing but a walking, talking dollar sign that advertisements would love shilling their products on. This makes me think that more and more people are just going to have kids just for money, but that's another story for another time.

When family vloggers post content of their kids, they are compromising and risking these kids' privacy. I'm going to sound like an old grandma for a second, but the internet is a scary place. There are pedophiles and other creeps on there who will save tabs on these kids and masturbate or God forbid do something worse! And these parents... don't seem to really care all that much. It's like... they don't value their kids' privacy or consent...

"But I'm a family vlogger, and when I ask my kids if I can record them and upload to the internet, they said yes, so it's okay for this to happen!"

That's like saying it's okay to have sex with your kids because they said yes. Sure they technically said yes, but they don't really understand the long-term consequences or even the concept.

If this is normal for kids today, then honest to God I'm scared for today's kids.
