Another fully rendered Chibi commission I'm quite proud of! I tend to be much more proud of my art when it's shaded/lighted, but since I charge more for this I can understand when others prefer my flat-colors. '>>

I'm particularly happy with the one fish under the water, I finally found a great "underwater" effect using blue-white Overlay-ed and other tricks. :)
