So basically shifting between vegging out and being worried as frick? I understand. Me, I just let life flow as it may. What happens happens. What doesn't doesn't. No need to worry about it unless it's an emergency or a necessity. Yes, I know that sounds 60s flower child/hippie talk (Boomer speak, as some call it), but it's the truth.
