Digital inked sketch, basic background.

When I was asked to do a Doctor Who themed commission, and for the ever-awesome Green, I was ecstatic :D

Definitely a fun picture to work on, and I'm glad that despite the many delays I gave poor Oliver, the finished product seems to have made up for it.

The TARDIS and the sonic screwdriver are not traced, by the way; I did them by hand :3
