Ah yes, so lil blurb on this Chimera, invited by my lovely mate Frequency, from FA to check out the wonders of Weasyl. And only now getting around to using it. Whoop ^^. So yes a lil about me.

I am Mai, also maimukai on FA

I am a digital artist, it is very rare that i do up traditional sketches lest i be without a computer.

I am open for commissions and such. Though always best to ask just in case. Though I will try to make it known if i am closed.

TERMS OF SERVICE

Things I will not draw!

~ Baby Furs/ Diaper Fetishes/ Cub

~ Vore

~ Unbirthing

~ Hyper Furs (muscle/genitalia)

~ Scat

~ Inflation

~ Licensed Characters (sonic, starfox, pikachu etc...)

Client Responsibility:

~ It's up to you to provide a recent/updated reference of the character(s), description and any other details you would like in your commission.

~ I am not responsible if you neglect to mention things you want in a commission.

Edit(s) Policy:

~ I will always be willing to edit commissions.

However, It's encouraged that edits be made during the sketch phase. If an edit has been made more than 3 times I will charge for any additional

fixes. I will always send out a sketch first to be critiqued.

~ Edits for colors can be made after a piece is finished, however no structural editing will be made beyond the color phase.

Acceptable Use:

~ Any image commissioned from me may be displayed anywhere or however you want as long as you give credit and a link back to me.

~ The image can never be claimed as belonging or being created by someone else.

~ Images may not be altered without my written consent. (Notice how i say written...not typed.)

~ Images may not be used for commercial purposes or any other purpose to bring the client revenue unless otherwise stated in a seperate contract.

~ I "Maimukai" retain commercial rights to the image unless otherwise stated in a seperate contract.

Payment:

I currently Only Accept Paypal

Payment plans are available only under some circumstances in which the commission will be worked on as payments are made.

Cancellations:

~ I reserve the right to cancel commissions at any time for any reason I see fit.

~ You reserve the right to cancel commissions at any time for any reason you see fit.

~ If you fail to pay or respond within a month at any time without excuse, I reserve the right to cancel your commission and choose not to finish it.

( Also if you are rude or to hasty/impatient, I will not finish commissions for you. Keep in mind that I to have a life outside of FA, and I do work on

commissions when I have time. Unexpected things can happen.)

Refunds:

~ If a commission has been canceled by either myself or the client (you), A refund of the remaining balance after the cost of the work done at that point will be subtracted.

~ If the commission has been finished and you are unsatisfied in some way, it does not entitle you to a refund.

(Though under some circumstances a partial refund will be issued.)

~ If for some reason the commission is cancelled before any work is done, the client (you) are entitled to a full refund.

   I can not read minds. If there is something I need to know, you have to tell me.

2. THIS IS A WORKING RELATIONSHIP...
   
   Not being your buddy does not make me an elitist or a bitch.
   
   Do not expect special treatment or expect me to be chatty.
   
   Sexual advances or conversation may result in my cancelling the commission.

Also Friends...I am not a door mat, do not expect special treatment just because you are friends with me. (ie: Its my b-day, draw me!) Do this and it is a sure thing

i will not do anything for you. If I choose on my own to draw you something it is of my own choice. But don't expect freebies just for knowing me. Thx.
