My first illustration project of the year that I’m proud to post up! We were given three words to combine into a conceptual piece; mine were malignant, buoyancy, and void. Somehow I thought of a humanized version of the bubonic plague, and it just…kinda led to this. She has also been dubbed Bubo-chan. It’s fitting.
Time: Approximately 15 hours
Materials: Koi Watercolors + Paint Tool SAI

So in a way this is an anthromorphic plague, isn't it? It's very well done, definitely has that malice in her eyes.
