Ug, I'm spending too much time on these and their just supposed to be concepts. No more going all out for these, I'll save it for REAL pics. Anyway this is Rock Lobster of the Janken Three. I thought it be cool to have a character who was pretty much all rock, but coloring it's a pain. RL is a golem, exposure to Temporal Radiation killed him but his exo-skeleton lived on as this huge moving rock of a being. Teamed with Paper Tigress and Scissorwing, the trio runamuck all over the city until encountering Geauga. They're lesser villains who don't get much air time, though Paper Tigress does move on to form the "Sinful Cinco" a spoof of the Sinster Six of Spider-Man fame.
