Another colored old pic. here we have Epsilon, one of the founding members of Team Elite and Temporal Police. Little is know about her except she seems to have a stake in Hemi and Melody getting together. She is the most powerful of the team but allows Hemi to take the lead. Very quiet but still very hard not to notice. She tends to pop in and out as she pleases, but is still around when really needed.
