I… have NO IDEA what this is, but, apparently it’s a request by user powerrangersfan12 from FA.
From the tags, apparently she’s his OC, and from the way “Icy” is capitalized, I assume that must be her name.
Also mentions “icejin,” which I assume is her species, but… Yeah, I REALLY don’t remember anything about this pic.
In fact, I forgot it existed x.x;
