I have a critique as well:
It's just the background. The character seems to be standing straight and vertical towards the camera, but the background looks a bit tilted, cuz if you turn the picture to line up verticaly with the background the character looks like they are leaning and could fall down.
Otherwise it's very nice!! The shading and anatomy has really improved!! Keep up the good work!! Your doin' great!!

Much better.
Having some speckles in the sand and highlights indicating waves in the ocean should help give the background some textur. Drawing waves is also a way to learn more about different reflections and shapes in water.
