I'd looked up the meaning of the four suits in cards and realized they nicely represented a quartet of characters of mine that I haven't had the chance to flesh out.

Escalante, or Cal for short, is best represented by the clubs suit.

I did start the other three, but I dunno if I'll finish them. Either way, I'm still decently happy with this one.
