Shading practice and still trying to figure out how to get the effect on Lucheek’s stripes that I have in mind.

I’m trying to get a colorful look in my shading by shading with blues, purples, and pinks and doing highlights with yellow… but the colors never seem to make it through to the final project. You can’t see them.

Or maybe I’ve just been looking at it too long!
