I have a lot of minor characters that I have totally not uploaded here for varying reasons. Anyway this is one of them.

Network. Network works with Wacky Talkie as a communications officer. It does not usually deal with incoming transmissions directed at the four generals though. Rather is intercepts and redirects calls between varying generals and high ranking officers. If needed, it is fully capable of assisting with higher ranking tasks though. Network is friendly, patient and always alert. Not much gets by the sharp watch of this Qwuedeviv.
