No real story to this one. Just Loan Shark standing somewhere...with a thing behind it. I decided it was some sort of high up bridge. That's the story I'm going with. Someone had suggested I draw Shark in its suit. I haven't done so in a long time. I thought it was a good idea so I did so! Thus suit and so forth. Shark is one of my favorite devivs so it's fun to be able to draw it a bit.
