Appearance: Distant Sandstorm is offwhite with large patches of orange in non-symmetric designs over its body. It also has darker stripes and darker ears.

Personality: Distant Sandstorm is a happy Qwuedeviv. It is not concerned with invading, or ranks and bragging rights. It prefers to be amongst the company of good friends and simply carry out whatever tasks it has been assigned. It will talk to anyone for hours on end if given half the chance.

Background: Distant Sandstorm is one of many. The generally overlooked cleanup crew. These guys go around fixing what their army has done in the aftermath. That may occasionally deal with repairing things but more often than not it’s a case of recovering their technology and any other odds and ends they’ve left behind, or helping get rid of the evidence of them having been there. They are usually one extreme or the other—friendly and happy or unfriendly and total grouches. Sandstorm is definitely of the first type. It claims that it is nice to have a steady job with no real surprises tossed at it. When not stationed with a Clean-Up crew it occasionally assists officers with the kittens, and janitorial work around the base. It’s always perfectly content to take a break and listen to other Qwuedeviv’s –whether kitten or cat—problems and offer advice.

Random Facts: Distant Sandstorm has floppy ears—considered a disgrace by the Qwuedeviv society. Regardless, the trait does not seem to bother it.

Distant Sandstorm also has a stubby tail—this as well is considered an undesirable trait amongst Qwuedeviv, but yet again, Sandstorm really doesn’t seem to mind.
