I wanted to try out what I've seen a lot of bespoke toy makers do, which is to give their plushies polymer clay limbs and features.

I tried doing it by using safety eyes as the base so that I could securely fasten the limbs to the fabric. I used Fimo, but unfortunately I found this clay to be quite corrosive, and it melted the plastic of the safety eyes.

This caused the tail to fall off completely! oh well, back to step one
