We were trying to sort out how the fuck we were gonna get home thanks to the airlines royally screwing up our flights and such (if I remember right, they had suggested nonchalantly we just go to another airport.. which was two hours away? The lady on the phone clearly wasn't too keen on the geography of the California region)

It was an ordeal and boy was I frustrated dealing with it and trying to sort out the issues with a half-dozen different people transferring me all around on the phone.
