Bio:

Katherine is the heir of a vast voodoo estate in New Orleans. She is a 4th generation voodoo priest and is a powerful practitioner of magic. She learned all about her powers from her parents, both also voodoo priests, and has continued the family tradition.
Katherine at first tried to join the BOS, but she flunked out of the basic training course, never use a voodoo doll on your instructor, she later used her magic to make all of the bos records of her civilian identity disappear. (A hoard of undead chipmunks ate them all, including the computer mainframe.) She has since lived as an unregistered super using her magic in ways only she sees fit. Voodoo Vixen says that many times she is the champion of the oppressed, but she also sells out her skills to anyone with enough money. Katherine is based in New Orleans out of her family’s ancestral home. Which also holds a large hoard of mystic items that she is charged with protecting, a duty she takes extremely seriously. Katherine is currently wanted by the BOS because she knows several supers identities in the same class she participated in, so she is considered a high security risk.

Various facts

Katherine has been known to use her powers for political causes; several unethical politicians have had bad runs of luck after crossing paths with the Voodoo Vixen.

Mad Hat hates Katherine and considers her a top priority although nobody knows the exact reason behind it. They where both in the same classes at BOS basic so Katherine knows his real name, a fact that helps propel his hunt for the vixen.

Out of a class of six supers only she, Mad Hat, and an operative named Atlantis are still alive.

Once Voodoo Vixen makes a promise or swears by her loa (voodoo spirt) she must complete the task. She is compelled by her own powers to do it.

Powers:

Katherine is a master of voodoo magic, she also has accesses to a large amount of magical books and talismans. She can raise the dead but doesn’t like to do it, she also makes very effective voodoo dolls. Her staff is one of the family heirlooms she owns and is a very powerful magical aid.

Personality:

People think she is crazy or a genius, Katherine spends most of her time conversing with loa or undead sprits so she is a little off sometimes.
