Rufus has finally managed to track Charley to his fleatrap apartment and take him into custody. Rufus is happy to have his uniform back AND have the fleabag that stole it in handcuffs!
Poor Charley should have never stolen that uniform from Rufus, I doubt he'll allow Charley the kindness of getting dressed before being taken in.

I've been trying to do backgrounds again lately, trying to find a style that adds some nice detail while still staying fairly simple so the characters don't look too out of place.
