Menno is a member of the Petaura species, a race of possum/sugar-glider-like, marsupial-like aliens native to the planet Ozrai, a planet they share with the wallaby-like Wallakarra.

Menno makes a living by farming and collecting fruit, and selling them in a little market near one of the smaller local spaceports, meaning he's met various creatures from various different worlds over the years.

He was originally designed as part of my "design a possible alternate fursona of every species I draw" habit, making use of my favored color palette, but has yet to really cross that threshold into "alternate avatar" status despite me quite liking his design and personality--and that's fine, since a lot of my various attempts at fursonas/personas/avatars have evolved into their own distinct, independent characters over the years, and even characters lucky (or unlucky) enough to fall into "persona" status have independent lives and characterization outside of being self-insert cartoons to live vicariously (and explore cringe-worthy fetish scenarios) through.
