Going back into old, forgotten and underused character designs to freshen things up a bit...

Savanna, a pudgy lion child I drew a few times in the late 2000s and early 2010s, then just sorta... forgot about.

She was designed to be a fun character but for some reason I just never drew her nearly as much as I should have, so she never really took off. Her personality is rather playful, if a bit tomboyish at times.

Being in that general 9-12 age group she was meant to be a possible playmate for characters like Sawyer and Jenna (although a lion being friends with hyenas and zebras seems improbable, especially a lion that would list "eating" as one of her favorite activities and "lunch" as her favorite subject in school).

Aside from eating, she also has an interest in baseball, dancing, beating up hyenas, and wrestling.
