Everyone's favorite outerwear-optional desert fox returns...

Being a waiter/performer at one of those places is the perfect career path for a fox with an exhibitionism/underwear fetish who loves attention, he gets paid to do what he loves, parading around in little more than a pair of briefs and a smile while getting attention for it and not having to worry about the citations for indecent exposure and disturbing the peace once the cops get involved.
...not that he's exactly opposed to handcuffs being added to the equation, of course.
