As much as I love alliteration in titles, the name "Jacinto" is Spanish and therefore the "J" is pronounced as an "H" and ruins it.

Not that anyone cares about that though, we're just here for the embarrassed hyena in underwear.

      A bit classier than the last time I drew him stripped to his underwear, those were blue with little stars on them. Fitting for a police officer, perhaps, but still a bit childish and silly for an adult to be wearing.
