Anyone that watches Transformers Prime ever notice how Starsceam's eyes sometimes derp out?
Oh man its really bad in this one.

It's part of the animation style/seems to depend where they are focusing, and happens a lot with Megatron too and I assume other characters as well. In screen caps its pretty great. Also seems to be really prevalent in SS probably just due to how his eyes are spaced and kinda wrapped around his head: (subtle but there)
