The heights are there bc Good grief Crystal makes everyone look ridiculously tiny next to her. The man is Darius, who has chaetophobia. It mainly manifests in that he freaks out at his own body hair. He doesn’t really mind others being hairy unless he’s intimate with them (his wife is only slightly fuzzy like a duckling).

Crystal hair growth is related to her stature haha… Also the fact that she can’t be bothered to do anything with her hair.
