I figured I should post something for my profile, so here's my MLP:FIM original character, Moonglow. I was going to call her Moonglimmer or something like that, but I figured Moonglow was nicer. Plus most of the "moon-" names were already taken by OCs in fanfictions. But anyways, here's her profile:

Moonglow was once a traveling pony, having born somewhere between Fillydelphia and Hollow Shades, growing up in the fields and loving nature. At a very young age, her father passed away while working as a traveling salesman. Moon's mother is still alive, but frail and weak and being taken care of by Moon's aunt. Moonglow's mother, Moon Dust, worked as a traveling storyteller.
Her mother's love for stories was passed on to her, along with her magical powers.

Moonglow can tell the near future. She can't see very far, but she can see enough to help those who ask for it.
She also loves to tell fortunes and read tarot cards.
Moonglow's job is story telling, telling tales to the fillies and colts of Equestria, going door to door of towns.
Her powers are enhanced by the tiny moonstone pearls on her bracelets, necklace, and hair ornaments.

Moonglow lives between the Everfree Forest and Saddle Lake, taking refuge in the forest when she's feeling crowded by the future and by people wanting to know what's ahead.

She hasn't always recieved the best response to her fortunes and futures, though.

It wasn't uncommon to get a cold shoulder or a burning glare from a pony or two, but she understood.
Sometimes the future was tough. Lots of ponies didn't want to know about the hardships to come.

Colors & Features
Mane/Tail: Seafoam green (low tones/mid tones/highlights), curly and kinky. Very long. Loves to brush it and play with it. Decorates it with flowers and leaves.
Eyes: Look as though there is no cornea, almost as if she is blind but she's not. Very pale blue.
Ears: Fluffy, pierced with silver studs.
Hooves: Fluffy, silver.
Coat: Dark blue that fades into light blue, much light a bay horse.
Jewelry & Clothes: Summer/Spring: Moonstone pearl bracelets and hair ornaments, flowers and leaves.
Fall/Winter: Warm, blue and white striped scarf, blue and white striped socks ;P

Moonstone pendant necklace and moonstone pearl bracelets help her enhance her magical powers.
