I closed my eyes and breathed deeply, letting the rays of the sun soak deep into my fur.
The gentle rolling of waves in the distance gave the air on the beach a salty, refreshing mist.
I stretched my arms high above my head and dug my claws deep into the sand, feeling the particles weaving their way into my foot fur.
I love the way that feels. Slowly, I made my way to the water, diving head long into the next wave to wash up shore.
I rose from beneath the surface with a gasp and a laugh, both hair and fur dripping wet.
