I love Iviv Angler fish Henne! I just had to draw her as soon as I could! She's a creepy little lady who's been quite modified. Her "father," an evil doctor that took over an "abandoned" asylum, likes to experiment on anyone, even the girl he's cared for the last couple of decades to keep her small and unassuming when he needs someone to lure in new patients for his work.
