This time it is a locket of one of my new characters, Ellis Lorentz, pictured with his long term girlfriend, a wolfen lady named Adolpha. Both are involved in their world’s version of the black market (Rifts/Palladium, a pen and paper rpg, for those curious). Ellis is a TW (Techno-wizard) robot and power armor pilot (as well as a respected fence and general wheelman) while she is a more specialized Commando and enforcer.

They are truly in love, despite the species (and height!) barriers. For those interested, Ellis is 5’ 9” (roughly 1.75 Meters) tall, while Adolpha is 9’ (roughly 2.74) tall.

Ellis is a very private person when it comes to people he cares about. Here are some ways he has felt or does still feel about Adolpha, even if he doesn’t have the courage to tell her:

Finally, there is but a single paraphrased poem that perfectly encapsulates how he feels, yet is utterly afraid to tell her:

Seriously folks, tell those you love that you love them. It is never a bad thing when truly meant.
