Phoe is an odd bird. He was Really Angry once, but he got better and now he's mostly just unrepentant and prone to constant swearing.
He still likes hanging around the ruins of civilization and wreaking havoc with his erinyi flocks, though, which is reason enough to avoid him like the plague.

On the other hand, he doesn't deal in plague! Just radioactive fire. Nothing to be concerned about, obviously.

(And so begins what will be a neverending trend of getting peoples' hopes up regarding me drawing naked things. THEY'VE ALL GOT CLOACAS. I'M VERY SORRY. IT'S A THING. WE'RE ALL A BUNCH OF ALIEN LIZARDS AND BIRDS.)
