This is an imaginary friend created by Paden's subconscious to help him deal with his self-disgust. This little friend of his is named Pagan. Though similar to Paden, Pagan has some differences. The eye birthmark is now on the left eye, he lacks a loin cloth (He shuns wearing anything over his diaper), and his diaper is now that of the disposable variety. He also carries around a little lizard doll named Nappy, which is meant to resemble Paden's crush. Pagan's purpose is to provide Paden with company who enjoys diapers as much as he does. He is the only friend he has, Paden believes.
