I saw Pancham in another picture and just had to draw the cute little bastard. After just hanging out in the jungle, Pancham was discovered by an anthro creature in a uniform that had the letters C.P.D on it. The Creature shot Pancham with a tranquilizer dart, knocking him out. The Pancham later woke up in an empty room where he saw the words Cute Pokemon in Diapers, on the wall, right before a mechanical arm diapered him.
