Gennai the Gomamon needed his diaper change. When the other Digimon get changed, they lay on their backs and let Katya powder their bums. But Gennai doesn't have to do that. Due to his physiology, he can just sit there and let Katya powder his rear without having to lay down. He also wears blue diapers so it won't blend in with his skin.
