This is based on a Care Bears episode I came up with. In this episode, Bright Heart Raccoon invents a new machine designed to increase the size of the clouds in Care A Lot, so they can build more homes. Bright hung up a sign that said “Do not Touch” on the machine before leaving to take care of some Care Call. Hugs and Tugs snuck into the place where the machine was kept and being curious cubs, Tugs touched it. The machine zapped him and Tugs grew to a massive scale, ripping out of his diaper and the building. Hugs stared up at her brother in shock. Tugs picked up his ruined diaper, which was even too small to act as a handkerchief now. When the other Care Bears found him, the first thing they knew they needed to do was get him diapered again. They called upon the great cloud keeper in the sky, who made a cloud diaper for Tugs, while they began work on a shrink machine.
