The last "toddler" of the group. Ben is the son of Patrick Moss and Chelsea Moss. His power is the fact that he is a living EMP bomb. He can turn off the power in any structure, making infiltration easy. The downside is that he always uses his diaper upon doing so. He is also pretty good at stealth and is also a skilled lock picker and even fighter. The range of his power is pretty focused at best, being able to target individual buildings.
