I haven’t draw Whopper, one of my favorite diaper clad cuties in cartoons, for a long time. I decided to remedy that. He lost his safety pin again, he should really get some suspenders or something to help with that.

I was worried how this was going to come out, because I thought the head was too big in the support mannequin, but it turned out pretty good. The diaper looks like it’s soggy, which isn’t what I was going for, but there really aren’t many references for a “cloth diaper without it’s safety pin”.
