After getting a nice relaxing bath, Culania ditched his swim diaper (it’s regulation on the Star Piercer to wear swim diapers while bathing) and was about to change into his normal attire, only to find that his regular clothes weren’t there. Instead, it was a blue cloth diaper with a safety pin and a little sailor outfit. With nothing else to wear, Culania put it on, and also found a lollipop and balloon waiting for him. Who switched his normal garb with this silly getup? Did Luna have something to do with it?
