The first of many references for my OCs that don’t have References yet, since I need them to commission them.

This is Mirin. She was a scientist experimenting with awakening PSI powers. Her Experiments succeeded in giving her PSI powers, but also destroyed her hormones until she was regressed until she was now 2 years old. As such, she now has to wear diapers, but she has limited telekinesis now, so she can change herself.

I gave her a diaper with a Safety pin in the rear to add some variety. Sadly, the only reference I had was a very small picture from the first Tom and Jerry Comic (link below). I also tried some different pupils to make the iris more visible, though it does look somewhat creepy. For help with the arms, I used artwork by bolzan_the_twilight_guardian, who is excellent with proportions. Unfortunately, the right arm on the second pic looks rather deformed since it wasn’t fit for Mirin’s size.
