Another idea I thought up while in bed (that's where I can freely think about diaperfur stuff to it's fullest extent, since it seems to help me fall asleep). What if they made a point and click puzzle game about a cute diapered dragon? And what if one of the key items you needed was on that very same diaper? Unfortunately, it can't be taken off to pick this lock yet because it needs to be undone first, that's the only restriction. So once that's done, you can crawl around diaperless if you want.
