One of the favorite things I like to do in RPGs is powering up your characters. It feels satisfying when you are able to one hit kill that monster that used to give you so much trouble and gives you something to do, even in New Game plus mode. This is the main reason I like Marvel Ultimate Alliance, because you can power up your characters to level 99 and I still haven't gotten there yet.

I was aware Skylanders wouldn't have this high of a level since it was aimed at children. Still, I thought it would at least be level 30. Then Cynder hit her max level, at 10. Really? That's a piss poor max level! Knights of the Old Republic had a higher level than that! This increases my dislike towards Skylanders, because it really is aimed at children and isolates the adult Spyro fans. So I drew Cynder here, not impressed with her Max Level Diaper. She was hoping for a real poofy one.
