Been a while since I've drawn my vasudan hunter and pilot Gourand but with me trying more unique poses and ides and stories and context the idea of a sneaky escape or take down just fit him to a tee!
Plus I've got some ideas for alternates to add in as well so this might get expanded quite a bit, but for now here's the initial idea that I've been tinkering with.

The going idea for this, was that Gourand is on the lookout ready to make his escape the base but not before retrieving something or someone important. ( did his mate Yuga get himself in trouble? ) Here we have him here mid peek using his artificial eye to zero in on someone down the hall back turned, hence the avian's confident smile. Even with his limited equipment Gourand has done this before should be a cinch... right?

Once again I am just super happy with how this came out! Yes there's a bit more that needs some work ( the clothes I sorta rushed... maybe I should post the naked alternate... ) but overall dayumn does he look good and that little extra on the background really sets the mood and gives off the vibe I was going for needs a bit more to give off that scifi vibe .
I'll be sure to keep tinkering with this so there will be more of this scene come down the pipe.
