And here we have the coloured version of big boy Vinnie! With some new touchups add-on's and adjustments like the names look and the classic gameboy text prompt around it,
Again decided to go with the limited colour pallet and now the red ink lines makes sense doesn't they ~.=,^
The colour pallet picked was of course the 3 main colours of generation 1 pokemon games red, green and blue. Had to mess with the transparency a bit with the layers, which 1 worked out very well to get Vinnie to be a green that's more like venusaurs actual colour and 2 made everything a little less “eye bleedy”



Also decided to try something different on the colouring too, used a sharp marquee tool to just make a hard outline and then filled and added in a few shadows, Danji suggested a great name for this “burst colouring” and I love it! It really worked out well, agian quite happy with how it all looks.
