Rocko from Rocko's Modern Life! I always felt like Rocko in most situations -- nervous and awkward.

A quick practice piece I put together in Manga Studio 5, I just bought a copy of it over the weekend and I'm loving it so far! The sketching in it is already going to replace OpenCanvas as my "go-to" program for that and inking is already way faster than Photoshop.
