I heard it was The Year Of The Rat, and I happened to have a rat I could post to celebrate. xD

While it may seem Raspberry has been dormant and forgotten, rest assured it hasn't been. To prove that, I offer you a concept-reference of Rini, and her design is spot-on to me. The artist is also a reader of the story, and I think a strong personal connection to Rini's journey is captured in the picture.

If you would like see her journey, too, the first step is here. Unfortunately, Rini's journey doesn't really start until much later on, but I think you'll find that there are other journeys you can get lost within, in the meantime.
