Just Makenshi putting the final touches to dressing up his pet wank in a cute lolita dress with what has turned out to be a very tight corset. It is not really a complaint so much as a statement of fact. The facial expression might suggest as much ;)

As the title suggests, this was done by the incredibly talented Teil as a part of an iron artist thing, with themed slots. This one, unsurprisingly, from the lolita theme set :)
