Another Growlithe commission, from a lovely member of the Pokemon Collector's Livejournal community. :D I think this pose turned out so cute. The commissioner requested the little fangs and tongue sticking out, and I really love it. XD
I think this will be my last Pokemon sculpture for a little bit, though. I've enjoyed doing them, but I'd like to focus on some more of my own ideas and such. :)
Growlithe measures around 3-3.5in tall(forgot to measure him, oops!). He was sculpted from Super Sculpey/Sculpey Firm over a wire and foil armature, painted with acrylic paints, and sealed with a matte finish. The eyes, nose, tongue, teeth and claws were glazed with a gloss finish.

*makes grabby hands* Haha, oh my gosh, that's adorable! I'll have to see when you're open for Pokemon stuff again, your work is fantastic and clean. Looks far better than the "official" little plastic figures they produce.
