I would be so pissed at this person. Getting what you want doesn't usually work when you call someone a cunt. If anything, and excuse my language, but THEY are being the "whiny cunt" in this situation. Tell them to shove it up their ass and keep your head up! Don't deal with that!

Honestly I would not even give this person the time of day. It's obviously a lie, I can tell just by the writing? Like, it's just so blatant. They're trying to get a reaction out of you and stir up trouble. I get you want to make peace with all of your customers, but acknowledging a troll (obviously one because they're choosing to be anonymous) is giving them what they want.
Hope this situation gets cleared. Sorry to hear people are giving you shit. It sucks, but if you know they're lying through their teeth, they're not worth your trouble.

Wooow. This is why I'm so wary of taking feedback for commissions. I'd love to, but its because of lying people like this I just can't.
