Plated Typheron 3D Print - Istarian Lord

LeccathuFurvicael

This is a custom painted commission of my 5 inch Plated Typheron printed sculpture. The commissioner wished to have the patterns based off of Istaria's dragons.

I can paint prints for people on custom order for $20-$40 extra, depending on level of complexity. This one took an hour and a half to paint, and was $20 extra for the commissioner.

My Plated Typherons are available for purchase at $6-$30 plus shipping! See details below. Prices subject to rapid change.

These dragons come in 3 inch and 5 inch sizes, and at half or whole models.

PRICES (not including shipping):

3 inch:
Half - $6
Whole - $12

5 inch:
Half - $24
Whole - $30

Custom Paint: $20-$40 extra

This is the first custom 3D print I have made with my Lulzbot Mini 3D printer, an original dragon sculpture destined to grace one's doorjamb, or lord over your belongings.

Around 5 inches long and 5 inches high, the level of detail rendered in such a small space is surprisingly tight, showing even details in lip scales and delicate spines.

Comprised of four separate parts for whole models, they are then assembled with super glue. These models may be painted with acrylic paints, and I offer custom painting jobs for those interested.

Use of velcro, magnets, or small Command strips could allow this model to be placed on a wall, or any flat surface; I plan to provide these at the discretion of the purchaser with the models in time.

Printed in black PLA plastic at 205 degrees C.

Print time: 3 hours 5 minutes
Weight: 18 grams
Size: 5 inches long, 5 1/4 inches high.

Order by emailing me at leccathu_silentwing@yahoo.com or by Note stating your interest in buying a model, and I will ask you to provide a shipping address. Will be willing to ship internationally. I accept PayPal, check, or money order (or even cash, but that is very risky as it may be lost in the mail).

Thank you for looking, and I hope that you enjoy this sculpture!

Awwyeah! :D that is super cool! What a neat process, would this be mounted or otherwise displayed? And, will we see a full character paint sometime soon? :D

Aye - this could be mounted by way of velcro, a magnet on a fridge, or maybe even one of those pull-to-release Command strips on the wall. I have yet to model the entire dragon, but I hope to do that when I have free time! Thanks!
