This is Dr. Felicia Rogers, a female giraffe scientist who is the younger sister of Frederick Rogers. Unlike her male counterpart, Felicia has no interest in taking out supers. She instead holds a very keen fascination/infatuation towards them and wishes to "experiment" on them. She's into capturing male supers, but will take female supers she likes.

Dr. Felicia Rogers has a series of robots she calls Succubi-Bots, which work to entice and arouse supers before she captures them. Her thighs are also quite strong, capable of squeezing supers while she teases them. Her antics have earned her the nickname "The Venus Hero Trap".

There are some people, however, that she holds contempt for. One of which are jocks: people with large muscles and small brains. This stems from her childhood in which she was bullied an harassed by jocks in school.
