After finishing their work on the snowcat, the three girls went to a local coffee shop to warm up and talk. Pepper and Xaviera took up a table while Summer ordered her drink and headed over to join her companions.

The three girls chatted for several hours about topics from fashion and how good the drinks were, though it was slowed somewhat by Peppers sign language. She soon relaxed and enjoyed being out with friends, something she had not experienced often.

Pepper sipped her coffee, holding it in both paws as she smiled at the others.
